Pam brought along some of her beautiful indigo dye samples for us to look at and she talked us through how to obtain some of the lovely interest. Our guild was formed in 1953 and we now have around 100 members, who meet once a month to share a common interest. We have a varied and interesting programme covering all aspects of weaving, spinning and dyeing and throughout the year offer one and two day workshops with professional tutors. Our goal is to provide a friendly atmosphere for discussion of the three crafts and related fields, and to inspire our members to expand their skills and knowledge.
